Training
Continuous training is imperative to ensure seafarers are up-to-date with regulatory matters as well as customer specific operations.
In advance of joining onboard your vessel the seafarers will be trained at ALUNITED’s own or designated training facilities in relevant subjects.
ALUNITED also conducts onboard inspections to identify areas requiring immediate training, and then conduct these whilst onboard.
Retention
Retaining qualified seafarers is essential to continuous customer satisfaction. Seafarers are designated into customer pools, or vessel type pools, whereby continuation and availability of seafarers is secured.
ALUNITED makes an effort in ensuring seafarers, and their families, are content in being deployed through our crew management offices. Bonus schemes are in place for continued service.
Crew Recruitment Centres
Your seafarers will be sourced from one or several of our Crew Recruitment Centres.
Typically one entity will serve as your entry and contact point coordinating with other centres as required.
